My nominations when they went into voting would take 2 days to receive a decision.
But lately (starting around February or March) my “IN VOTING” nominations are now starting to gather dust having been in that state for a month or more. I have one that’s approaching 3 months being “IN VOTING”.
Is there something wrong or perhaps Emily is shifting things so fast that she’s dumping so many into “IN VOTING” that reviewers will take ages to sort?

Are you talking about nominations that are upgraded or not? This is still very early for a decision for a not upgraded nomination.
It is possible that you were getting priority before and getting your nominations pushed through the system quickly. But now that you have more Wayspots, you may not be getting that priority anymore.
I actually think that is quite common. Have you upgraded them? I’ve had several nominations take from three to six months without upgrades. The Wayfarer challenge could also be holding it back
