How many wayspots is a disc golf course allowed - removal rejections for disc golf 3, 4 and 5

Disc golf 5 (45.212215,-93.284439)
I missed Savanna Dunes Disc Golf - Hole 1 (45.214258,-93.283100)

Golf & Disc Golf Courses says that “Wayfarer regards the whole course/play area in each sport [golf, disc golf] as one field of play. This means there should be one Wayspot, which could be the first tee or a marker at the start to represent the whole course.” Despite the name change between “Savanna Dunes” and “Bunker Hills”, these are the same disc golf course, as can be seen from their images.

Niantic staff have rejected three removal requests, which were all based on the wayspots being duplicates of Bunker Hills Disc Golf Course (45.214381,-93.283277), as that was the most obvious one to select as the single wayspot for the disc golf course

Why are Niantic staff keeping duplicates given the clear criteria clarification from Niantic?

I cannot answer for why. But I can hazard - it is not seen as a duplicate as each point is in theory different. The report function here is not helpful.

Am wondering. Did you use the other free text field to state - why a duplicate -I would put - Niantic Criteria Clarification for Golf and Disc Golf states only nominate one wayspot for a whole course. all otheres are a duplicate..

IF duplicate does not work try Abuse. As multiple way points for the course are contrary to Niantic Criteria Clariciation for Golf and Disc Golf that state only one wayspot for a whole course. And the nominator is abusing the system with similar nominations.

I often have to use other to justify why something should go!!!

Thanks for the appeal, @salixsorbus! We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspots in question.
