You appear to have misunderstood how wayspots are reviewed and what your responsibility is as a submitter.
You cannot rely on reviewers being local and understanding local customs. You must make sure your submission stands on its own merits and can be reviewed by anyone from anywhere.
If you want to submit a Burger King as the only place in town where people gather, you should make a strong case for that.

Mettiamo che, puta caso, un albero per un qualsiasi motivo, viene considerato importante per la comunità locale. Se poi questa valutazione, viene effettuata da gente che sta a new york, e che per lei è solo un albero. E’ normale che il 90% delle proposte mi viene rifiutata.
Io sono di una zona sopranominata “castelli romani”, zona e area nota per la sua cultura culinaria e per le sue trattorie. Bhe, io più che candidarle le trattorie che conosco maggiormente, scrivendo che sono importanti. Cosa dovrei fare?
Mi è stato risposto che devo caricare premi, riconoscimenti, link ecc…
ma io, magari non ho tutto sto tempo libero, nessuno mi paga. Se ti dico che è importante, pure tu revisore se proprio non conosci i miei luoghi, prova a informarti un attimo. Io quando devo recensire le proposte altrui, cerco di capire se è un qualcosa di importante o meno. Anche il solo analizzando la geografia e la conformazione del posto, se proprio non ho elementi culturali.

The submitter should do the necessary research. No-one pays the submitter and no-one pays the reviewers - everyone does it on their own time for their own reasons. If it’s a chore and not enjoyable, don’t do it.
Imagine it takes 5 minutes to research the details of something you are going to submit. If you don’t do that and provide proof of the results, you are asking a hundred reviewers (guessing at the numbers!) to each spend 5 minutes themselves. That simply isn’t fair if you are then going to be annoyed by the rejections from people who don’t spend that time.
io ho capito. Ma alla fine la descrizione e le informazioni aggiuntive sono opzionali. In teoria il compito di chi propone è far capire i criteri che vengono rispettati. Non credo sia quello di informare nessuno. Tra l’altro io, lo dico che è un luogo importante per x motivi. La fonte puoi pure cercarla tu, a mio avviso. Cosa che tra l’altro io faccio quando mi metto a fare da revisore. Anche perché poi, un’altra cosa che dovrebbero cambiare è il fatto che per approvare un qualcosa devi completare tutto il form, invece rifiutare è estremamente più semplice e rapido. Quindi se non si ha voglia di valutare le proposte, ma si vuole solo riscattare l’upgrade, basta rifiutare tutto e il gioco è fatto. Tanto da quello che mi pare il trend è questo. Tanto ognuno può aggiustarsela più o meno come gli pare, pure che la foto semplicemente non gli piace, per poter rifiutare.

As @salixsorbus stated what you are wanting is for ALL the reviewers to do the work instead of just THE ONE submitter.
You only get points towards an upgrade if your decision matches the majority decision so the easiest way is to vote correctly.
If you just Reject where the majority are Accepting then you will not gain the Upgrade and you Rating will drop.
If a reviewer rejects something just to get an upgrade, this will fail, because you only get progress towards upgrades if your review agrees with the majority. Also, you only progress the medal if you have a good rating.
This abuse would only work if the majority of reviewers are rejecting just because they want to save time, which clearly isn’t happening.
It is necessarily more time-consuming to accept than to reject, because you should check each of several features (good photo? decent description? it actually exists? it is eligible? it is safe?) in order to accept, but in order to reject, you can stop checking as soon as you hit a severe problem (e.g., photo turned sideways - don’t bother checking anything else as the correct action is to reject for bad photo).
It is not possible to change this.
You are correct that the description and additional information are optional. If you do this, and get a rejection because the submission doesn’t stand on its own merits, you cannot legitimately complain about the rejection.
As a submitter more than anything I want to be successful. No one wants rejects.
So my view is tthat having gone to the effort of finding something, I need to set it up to show it at its best. I want to make it easy for the reviewer to look at it and have as much as they need to 
So I take select and edit photos that are going to give a good instant impression.
Research and find relevant information and links and succinctly provide them.
All of this increases the probability of success as I have given the impression this is something I care about.
Not to do that gives the impression that the submitter doesn’t care whether it’s sucessful or not.
Make it easy for the reviewer.
It took many rejections to learn the lessons of how to do a good job of presentation and get success. I don’t want others to go through that pain so I am passing on that learnt knowledge 
In the end it’s your choice, but you have posted seeking to find out why you had rejections and how to improve.
I understand you are resistant to the answer, but if you are open to change you will get better success.
Falsch. Es ist Dein Job als Antragsteller mich mit wahrheitsgemässen Angaben zu überzeugen. Meine Aufgabe als Bewerter ist es Deine Angaben auf Plausibilität zu prüfen. Lieferst Du keine Daten, gibt es für mich nichts zu prüfen. Ein Nichts ist Nichts und somit kein Wegpunkt.

You don’t even need to use the web submission page. You can do a basic submission in PGO, then log in to your Contributions management on the Wayfarer website and edit your submissions. If you need to wait to do research, place the submission on HOLD so it won’t move into voting before you can add all the details you need to explain to reviewers.
The only things you can’t edit are photos and location. All the text can be edited before a submission move into voting.
