Welcome to the community!
You get two appeals, each with a 20 day counter before you can use it again. If you have one available, the button will show at the top of the nomination on your contributions page Niantic Wayfarer
If you don’t have one available, you will need to wait.
In the meantime, you could post screenshots of your rejected nomination in Nomination Support for advice from the community before appealing or resubmitting it.

I would recommend posting in Nomination Support we can give some feedback as to whether the nomination stands a good chance. Whether it is better to resubmit or to appeal and if you appeal what are the best points to raise.
