This place is already a stoppoint in another niantic game so I dont understand why it was rejected.

If this is already a Wayspot, then it is most likely being rejected as a “Duplicate” unless the Wayspot is one of the Power Spot imports. Those imports did not have to adhere to Wayfarer criteria in the same way as a nomination does.
