Hey guys, im tryna figure out why these 3 got rejected?
Their a place to socialise as your shopping,
light exercise as your walking around too
And Its safe and easily accessible (obviously xD)
So where did things go wrong?

Wayfarer criteria is that a wayspot must be a great place to exercise, explore, or be social. It is hard to see how a clothing store or a jewelry shop would meet any of those. You might be able to meet friends there, or walk around while you shop, but it is not designed for any of those things.
I know that the prompt asks why this would be a good pokestop, but you really shouldn’t mention the game anywhere in the nomination. While it isn’t a rejection reason in the supporting section, it doesn’t do anything to convince reviewers that the nomination meets criteria, and that it is what you say it is and where you say it is.
It looks like this is inside a shopping mall. The mall would be a place that meets criteria. Does it have a Wayspot already?
Business like store are considered place where people buy and go , not a place to socialize. Some unique store might be explore worthy but i doubt this will do. You have better chance nominating cafe or fountain or art decoration inside the mall.
Adding to extra information and confidence of the OP, if this get rejected, you could go though the appeal. I got a similar submission getting approved via appeal.
There is an insomnia coffee cafe right across it that already has a pokestop, think they would be too close together 
How do I get more appeals? I used 3, and 2 got rejected and 1 got approved, but it was too close to another pokestop (i didnt know about the s2 cell map at the time) so even tho it got approved it won’t become a pokestop so I just wasted an appeal….
You get two appeals, and each time you use one of them, it has a 15 day cool down before you get given a replacement.
When we say “great place to socialize”, we actually mean Niantic’s definition:
So if you can demonstrate that your nominations can either be:
“A favorite gathering place for friends or strangers alike, where you can share a drink or meal, be entertained, or watch public life happen.”
Or
“something that draws us together to share an experience in a locally and culturally relevant way.”
Then you should be good to go.
The bakery cafe appears to be in a separate L17 S2 cell to me, if this is the coffee place you are talking about
(I should be clear that this is iitc, a map of Ingress portals, and stopped updating with new wayspots on May 23 since the split with Scopely. So it may not have every Wayspot, but the cell lines will be accurate.)
