This is a document describing the general rules of setting up these artworks in/on these buildings? @ImAgInArIuS Is there a point you wish to make with this document?
yes, that´s the general rules of the artworks in the buildings, is a rule made by the government so every new building must have a work of art by an artist graduated on the university of the city…that way they create jobs and make the city more artistic…
That really doesn’t matter here. Clearly, from Street View, it’s permanent. What we’re looking for is info that this is in fact a work of art, such as social media posts from the artist about it, or even a link to a website giving more info on the piece. Proof like this will help prove that the title and description you are providing is accurate. This is info that is encouraged to be included as well:
the issue is that there is a lack of images to proof that the art something real, since you only have 2 pictures to show in the nomination there is a necessary third picture to proof that is a work of art since you can only show the “art” in question and the location in the second one…a necessary third picture should be added but as always it take a lot of effort for a third picture.
Have you tried searching online? Have to tried seeing if the artist has social media?
Have you considered taking the photos during the day instead of at night, as the supporting photo as night makes it a bit hard to fully see the outside of the building?
There’s a good deal of improvements that can be made, and some of it may come done to doing some research ahead of time, providing that in the supporting info, as well as taking better photos. You also need to make sure you are accurately placing the pin at the correct location, not 30m away across the street.
You can make foto collage if its needed. Although too much foto inside collage can make the photo seems smaller
The article you added mention of public information regarding the art itself:
Por Ordenanza Nº 12361 se incorpora: Art. 7º bis.- CRÉASE el “Registro de Obras de Arte de Edificios Públicos y Privados”. La Autoridad de Aplicación realizará y actualizará en forma permanente un Registro de las Obras de Arte definidas en la presente Ordenanza, el que será de acceso público y deberá formar parte de la información disponible en la web oficial del Municipio.-
Being on the municipal website, you can add a link to the article mentioning the specific artworks for the supporting text.
You can post links in the supporting info to pictures/news articles/evidence of the artist, you may not neccessarily need a third photo. But even before that, if you explain carefully and in detail, in the supporting text, the artist or origin of the piece, then reviewers are more likely to pick up on that.
Sooooo many people in my community overlook the supporting text (and even description) during nominations, when it’s your primary tool to convince the reviewer that your nomination is worth it.
