I got 30 days ban for fake nomination, despite that wayspot is completely exist. At first, I got rejected by Niantic staff, and the reasons of rejection is related to the title.
On last Sunday, I was informed that I was banned 30 days for creating fake wayspot, and misplacement.

Location: 20.969702, 105.921823
I have 2 videos proof that this wayspot is exist in this area.
This video shows the geotagged of the photo, place where I take the picture.
And this video shows the surrounded area of this wayspot.
Please be noted that the streetview for this area is outdated since May 2019.
I had a look at openstreetmaps and couldn’t see any indication of this being a playground. So the map has not been updated to reflect this playground. I am sure you are right about the existance of the playground, but sadly I can’t offer anything to help you validate its existance.

These videos convince me that this playground is here. I hope this can be overturned when staff see them. Assuming that this playground is the poi you submitted.
