Hi and good day … my account got a 30days suspension after i nominate a swimming pool as pokestop. And the reasons is tag as harrasment and fake pokestop.
But i dont understand because theres no harassment in the picture provided and the nomination is not fake.
I already try to appeal. But my appeal was rejected.
What can i do next? To appeal my suspension?

The “abuse” narrative covers a lot of possible issues.
* The photo is not yours (e.g., taken from streetview, found on another website)
* The text itself is abusive
* The nomination is controversial and likely to be offensive (e.g., a mural of terrorists)
* Another nomination was abusive and all of yours have been flagged as a consequence
* The wayspot location pin is deliberately misplaced
* The wayspot is deliberately misrepresented (e..g., on school property but pretending it isn’t)
* (there may be others)
I notice that the suspension is for a fake submission. To appeal this, you need to provide solid evidence that the POI is real, regardless of it having been rejected. This could be done using a video showing the fountain close up and then to images that match streetview (etc), using a series of photos from the fountain close up to zooming out so that the location can be matched to streetview (etc), website references to the fountain (if any exist).
Looking in the area around the address on your nomination, I can’t see any pools on satellite view, and Street view seems to be from only a few months ago and shows what appears to be private residences in this location. So I can understand it being rejected for abuse and being flagged as a fake nomination.

another way you could prove it is if you have any links to show the pool being put in. if it is only a month old, were there any announcements about it that you could post? any “the pool is now open” kind of notices? they would have to show that the pool is at the place where you pinned it.
Not really. Here in perlis. Is a very small community. Rarely air bnb here markets their place much😅
Wait is this SFPRP (single family private residential property)? so maybe the fake bit wasn’t about the pool not existing, but about the pool being public access. I think you need to talk to Aaron in the DM a little more and straighten out why this was considered fake.
It’s quite possible for this to be a pool used by several residences. Also possible for it to be SFPRP. The phrasing from the op doesn’t deny either of these.
