Hi, I have received a mail that I have been suspended for 30 days from wayfarer and Pokemon go. I have submitted a wayspot for a sport field in a park and they claimed it was misplaced submission. I have sent an appeal stating the coordinates and apple/google map photos to support my nomination but I only received automated bot replies. I am not sure what to do next.

Thanks, hope someone will see and help. I have been playing since first release and I was shocked when I saw the suspension.

In the mean time, its best if you gather evidence that you didnt missplaced the submission into empty cell in order to create pokestop or put it where its more convenient.

If you feel comfortable, feel free to provide screenshots of your nomination, including the location. It could be possible that it was misplaced, so checking the nomination may help make sense of this. If you still have your confirmation email after submitting, the info can be found here, since you can’t log into Wayfarer.
Also, keep in mind that for sports fields, the location pin should not be placed in the playing area, but rather at an entrance or outer fencing/sidelines. More info can be found here:

Since you are unable to log in to Wayfarer, please try entering the latitude and longitude coordinates—shown to the sixth decimal place at the bottom of the receipt notification email you receive upon submission—into Google Maps or similar services. This should allow you to verify whether the location was correct.

Yeah, should have mentioned that they can still get the info from the submission email, since they can’t get into the website.

Thanks for the comments and help, I have gathered submission mail, coordinates, maps coordinates and photos, If anyone will be in touch, I am ready to share.
After seeing in the comments for the picked location should be the entrance for sport field, I calculated the distance between where I picked for the submission and the entrance of sport field in the park, they are not exactly same but they are like 20 meters apart. It can be tricky sometimes picking the location through pokemon go. I can understand the location should have been the field entrance but is it that much a difference to suspend an account I have been using for 9 years for 30 days? It can be simply rejected and that can be all. If you are that strict, you can also simply suspend my wayfarer account, I can also understand that too.
I have submitted several wayspots, some of them were accepted, some of them were rejected. Reviewed lots of wayspot submissions. This behaviour seems really unfair to me. I was glad to help and now I am thinking I will never ever submit or review any wayspot again since I do not want to lose my account.
If they do not lift my ban, and If I get another suspension like this, I may lose my 9 years game account, all the work can simply be gone.
There is also one another thing, I submitted the nomination from my pokemon go account but I received suspension email to my Ingress account email. The thing here, they are different and not connected. I can log in to ingress but not able to log in pokemon go. I am also suprised how they did this.

It’s good that you have all the information together.
The best attitude is to be fully honest and open as the wayfarer team can see all the details and will have already reviewed them prior to issuing the sanction.
It also sounds as though having reviewed the information about football fields you have started to reflect on the placement of the pin. It is unfortunate that you are learning this now, but you are taking it on board.
The sanctions are applied across not just wayfarer but the games too because what you do on wayfarer impacts on the games.
What you decide to do following the sanction is your decision. To fully stop wayfarer activity is a choice that some of those sanctioned make. If there are no further infractions over the course of a year, your place on the wayfarer enforcement ladder is reset to zero.
Ingress now belongs with a totally different company. However wayfarer will be using the email you used to start your wayfarer activity and not current logon - it is an issue the wayfarer team are aware of.
