Tanto è vero che la sua fontana, ovvero la “Rex Nemorensis” è un wayspot da diverso tempo.
If you are taking “unique architecture” route, you should take the photo from afar. But if you just want to create wayspot, there are alternative for hotel, it tend to have playground, swimming pool, gym/sport station, cafe which also can be eligible on itself
Did you offer any evidence of its historic significance, or just say that it is? I am not finding information about it when I search. And without evidence, it is just an abandoned building currently.
Since abandoned hotel doesnt seems to fit into exercise or socialize, you need to go into exploration route. But you need evidence to back up this claim because the photo doesnt seems good

If your goal is creating Pokestops and gyms, the building is in the same L17 S2 cell as the fountain Wayspot you mentioned, and would not be eligible to be used as one of those in game:

If you are really interested, you should be able to search Google for wayfarer tools and find a link to the discord server.
In addition to all of the above feedback, I would strongly suggest removing the reference to other wayspots from the supporting information - it is not relevant and not helping your case.
