Trattoria storica di Genzano specializzata nella cucina tradizionale dei Castelli Romani. Da anni rappresenta un punto di riferimento locale per la valorizzazione delle tradizioni gastronomiche del territorio, frequentata sia dai residenti che dai visitatori. Il locale contribuisce alla vita sociale del centro grazie alla sua area esterna pedonale, luogo di incontro e convivialità.
Il Tigellino non è una catena commerciale ma una realtà indipendente legata alla tradizione gastronomica dei Castelli Romani. I ristoranti storici e tipici rientrano nei criteri Wayfarer come luoghi di socializzazione e scoperta della cultura locale. Il ristorante Tigellino (situato in Via Berlinguer, 9) è una vera istituzione a Genzano di Roma. È un locale a conduzione familiare storico, conosciuto per la sua cucina schietta, che spazia dai classici romani (amatriciana, trippa, coda alla vaccinara) a piatti di pesce fresco. Nonostante il nome possa far pensare alle “tigelle” emiliane, qui si mangia la pura tradizione dei Castelli Romani. You have described the POI well and provided supporting documentation, but there is something ‘off’ (at least in the translation to English) about your text that would give me cause to pause if I was reviewing. I am having trouble saying what bothers me about it.
Alternatively, it could be the main photo being slightly sub-standard, as you have said. Not enough to reject, but enough to cause a borderline submission to be rejected.
I suspect that the reviewers will stick with the community decision unless there is an obvious mistake, such as an exercise gym being rejected by the community. There is no obvious mistake here.

If the reviewers didnt like the photo your reasons would refer to the photo. They do not. Please READ and ACKNOWLEDGE the reasons the reviewers spent their time giving you.

Getting a mark from a business network is not the same as being well-considered by its customers. It might be relevant, but even this sentence was lost in your long supporting information.
