We still dont know for sure whether your suspension come from pogo or wayfarer, if it come from wayfarer, staff can explain what happened. But if it comes from pogo, you need to reach out to pogo
Yes im speaking about if its wayfarer. Because there is just no way to even get in touch with pogo lol.
This is the furthest ive gotten and this is also the first time ive been able to access this email in years.

I have seen people who got their suspension overturned. But i dont know what offence you did that warrant 10years suspension. In my experience, many people come to wayfarer asking about 10years suspension when it actually come from pogo. Without the email, we cant be sure what happen.
Plain n simple the account had two prior strikes from 2020, so its not a suspension its a permanent termination, have you heard of these being reversed.
Ill find the email, and ill wait fir there dm. But its the only possible violation.
Mistakes were made in the past. But none since and its been five years. No reason to sugar coat it. And no reason to lie.
I don’t believe Wayfarer do outright bans, the highest is 10 years (which most people take as outright).
If you have had 1 year with no strikes they will have cleared.
This example from someone who got permanent banned ,appeal here and got overturned.. Again, i dont know what happen to you yet
Wayfarer offenses are forgiven from your record after a year with no issues. So it’s not a build up of mistakes or abuse from previous wayfarer suspensions
The rejection you shared does not appear to be that serious. I’d suspect it was a Machine Learning (ML) filter rejection. So as long as you are pinning the locations correctly, not using third party photos, and not using AI or some other means to fake a submission, you’d likely be able to show evidence of no malicious intent to abuse the system.
Well my priors were legit, so it wasnt a random one violation that got a perma ban but the two i had were from 2020. Never took risk again,
I have my own built huge telegram community with players from all over the world, i poured my heart n soul into this game. 5-6 years of 100 percent clean play no overlays no software i wouldve never risked a third strike with the anount pf love time and money put into the game.
All my players were non spoofers, after all this time i did not like or commend any spoofed gameplay i even have multiple ambassadors part of my community, all know my gameplay and are also trying to help me. But ya this has been devestating
Since you cant find the email that explain the suspension, please wait until staff come and explain

The two previous violations from years back sound like they were in Pokemon Go. Were they to do with multi-accounting and is this something you are continuing to do?

Na the original strikes were from spoofing. Years ago, but never took the risks again 
I have another account under my email but its my sons account.
It would help you a lot to find the emails you were sent regarding this ban. This way, you would know what the cause was. Emails will definitely have been sent.
Since wayfarer was not involved in any of the infractions, wayfarer support staff will not be able to help.
I asked about the strikes because a new member joined this forum and up-voted every post in this thread up until my question, with almost no other activity (apart from a couple of likes elsewhere).
The email i recieved reguarding the termination had no information reguarding why..
Hoping theres some kind of forum like this one with employees that can. The fact is i wouldnt even be going through this if i wasnt certain that this was a mistakes. Again mistakes had been made in the past but not in five years thats why i thought it had to be wayfarer…
Ive even wondered if it has to do with constant go plus use while driving..
Multi accounting is a stretch when i have kids… how can they tell me accounts under my email arent my kids and that im doing something wrong. This is all just devestating. Again, i have my own community that people look up to me and i do everything i can for this community i have contests and do give aways i do it all myself and fund it all myself.. this is absolutely disgusting.. no cheating no software, just go plus and HEAVY grinding everyday
