I submitted a pokestop 3 days ago and when I sent it to see if gets approved or not so I sent a question here and they said it takes them about 20 to 24 hours but I still have not received any response of them yet does anyone know why?

I don’t think anyone told you it takes 20-24 hours to receive an answer. That is incredibly fast. It can often take 3 weeks.

It can take anything from days to weeks to get something approved depending on location, when it gets out of the queue and into voting. So, to avoid future disappointment, first let me point out that although the in game prompt says you are submitting a Pokestop, you are actually submitting a Wayspot, which may or may not be eligible to be promoted to a Pokestop based on S2 cells. It means it hasn’t entered voting yet, when it does it will switch to “in voting” and then you just have to wait until the community has their say and votes to accept or reject it. As I said, just relax for now and wait until you get your email.:+1:
