I was making a pokestop but it didn’t work and I got a message it got accepted but it never showed up .

When did you receive the confirmation email? It could last up to 48h to sync into the games.

The games have density/inclusion rules that determine what Wayspots will show up in-game. PoGo uses S2 cells to determine game play locations, so it’s possible that your approved Wayspot may be in an already occupied L17 S2 cell. More info on S2 cells and PoGo can be found here:

Feel free to provide the name and location of your Wayspot, and someone can certainly check to see if it meets the rules or not to show up in PoGo.

In addition…Unused wayspot might become powerspot. So your submission is not wasted. I have seen some of my submisson become powerspot although sync time, when it become power spot, is unknown at the moment
