I’ve nominated 2 pokestops that have been approved since September but hasn’t appeared in game yet and i dont know who to reachout to

Here is my standard reply when people post they do not know why their Wayspot isn’t live in Pokemon Go:
I know the prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database, which can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. if you would like to give us the coordinates and names, we can check and see if S2 cells are the issue.

But why would they send me an email saying that they would put it in game when they won’t and whats a good website to see the s2 cells?
Thats not what it says. It says:
Congratulations, our team has decided to accept your Wayspot nomination. Please check out the full details in your Contribution Management page.
Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games (and may take up to 48 hours to appear).
So it is clear that it may not appear in all the games

I use iitc with a pogotools overlay. You can google those. That will only show portals, not all wayspots, but is better than nothing.
If you need help with those tools, I get my help from the experts at the Wayfarer Discussion Discord. But you don’t have to join them to get the tools.

Yeah i like how they dont want to nominated small business but have a powerstop on the local strip club lol

Not all nominations go in Ingress either.
tldr. Some are outsourced. We can only submit via Wayfarer, subject to its criteria, so we still have to do as what the criteria asks. Also, the game objects can be reported.

Your nomination is in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as Chicken Deli Mural. Each Level 17 S2 Cell can only contain one Pokéstop or one Gym, so as the mural is already in that cell, it prevents your nomination from being able to be a Pokéstop or Gym. It may get used as a Power Spot, and it does pass the proximity rule for Ingress, so it is available as a Portal in that game.
