Invalid private residential area wayspot

I am sure you are aware of this from the way you made your appeal, but what Niantic considers ineligible is SFPRP - single family private residential property.

Private Residences, Farmland & K-12

Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries. Common areas at a condominium complex are eligible to be Wayspots.

If you think the property management would want these removed, contact them and tell them to fill out a removal request. Niantic will comply with property owner wishes.
