This wayspot is located within a condominium complex (Bullion Park).

In Singapore, condominiums are considered private residential property. A condominium resident lives within a gated environment, with many amenities such as pools, tennis courts, gyms for use by its residents and authorized visitors only. All visitors will need to report to the guardhouse at the entrance of the complex.

This image is a street view of the guardhouse at the front of Bullion Park. It is not a park, but a condominium.

numerous signs on said guardhouse proving that bullion park is private residential property

This is a map from Singapore Land Authority showing the boundaries of this condominium complex.
You can access this map at the this link, then search Bullion Park

A set of wayspots within the confines of Bullion Park. For now, this topic is for the top right most wayspot in the image (Blue Tennis Courts).

I will be making an appeal for each of the other wayspots if it is rejected

I am sure you are aware of this from the way you made your appeal, but what Niantic considers ineligible is SFPRP - single family private residential property.

Common areas at a condominium complex are eligible to be Wayspots.

If you think the property management would want these removed, contact them and tell them to fill out a removal request. Niantic will comply with property owner wishes.

Anyone who lives in that condominium complex is allowed to access those tennis courts and is able to interact with that wayspot.

Oh, and welcome to the forum @eureka123 !

This wayfarer stuff can be a lot, and a lot of information is easiest to get here. Please continue to post when you think there is an issue.

Thanks for the appeal, @eureka123. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
