According to their website at About Us this is the address of 58 Partners Foundation Church. However, it sure looks like a private residence, and I note this Reddit thread about the property which makes me go “hmmm”.
Wow… OK, I didn’t see that thread… it explains a lot.
It seems complex, but really it’s just a business based at a private residential property, like so many dog groomers and book-keepers who would similarly be ineligible. I didn’t think it looked much like a church…
A corporation is at heart a fictitious person that serves as a cut-out to protect real people from liability.
As reviewers, we are not expected to determine the legal ownership of private residential property. It doesn’t matter if it’s being used for an AirBnB, rented to a single family, rented out to college students, or left unoccupied.
This is zoned for private residential occupancy. All the rest is just window dressing.
