no idea about author of this abusive usage

In my experience the team can take quite some time for looking into large abuse cases. Did you submit recently and did you get a ticket number?
no, I didn’t report anything since long time
I report long time ago a single waypoint who was duplicate from another 40km away, unsuccessfuly. And it seems not adapted for large abuse
The form that I linked is specifically designed such that you can provide any details you want to share. You will get an e-mail with your ticket and you can reply with images etc. If you ever come across other abusive wayspots that would be your go to place. However, for this specific case one of the staff members will likely take a look 
I agree for using the form, but it doesn’t work 
If you did not get the expected in a different situation that does not mean that this is always the case. Niantic also still employs people and not robots so results might sometimes turn out different than expected.

I previously (years ago) report false duplicate using Ingress in-game report tool, with no result (ok, why not)
When I see those large abuse waypoint this mornin,g I’ve tried with the form, but when submitting, it didn’t work, without any arror message, so I tried via the community report (this thread)

I have time, especially if in result, waypoint are cleaned, and at best, submitter(s) are cleaned too
