  The recently updated Google Street View shows that the information for this POI has been removed. The actual sign frame is still present, but there is nothing actually there to provide any information to potential Wayfarers.

Just out of curiousity, do you know how long the information has been missing from the location?

@P1dg3ySlayer not really sure about that, but you can see from the various Google Map Street Views for various years that it has not been there for quite some time. The picture from 2009 does show something although quite degraded. I have tried for several years to get this POI removed without any success via the normal support mechanisms. It simply is not there anymore.

Thanks @P1dg3ySlayer . This POI has been like this for years, and if you look closely at the approved picture, it appears that whatever the text that is there , is just a piece of paper which has been pasted onto the sign frame. The Google Street View pictures from the past years clearly show there is nothing there, just as my picture from yesterday.

Let’s see what Niantic has to say.
