A cute LFL (the otter on the side is adorable), but unfortunately appears to be on private property.

It looks like the same property has two types of fencing here. A traditional white picket fence by the house, and a privacy fence around the pool, but looks to be the same property. (Bing’s aerial view is much crisper than GMaps here, even if it places the spot on the wrong side of the fence.)
