On a fence, which is usually considered to be the private property.
Looks like a multi-family building from street view. The doors all have numbers on them (the one from this side looks like a 2, around the corner is number 551).
Edit: removed text cause it seemed more hostile than intended
Thanks for the appeal, @nexushoratio After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.

It is in fact a multi family building or communal property. Please reinstate this poi thank you.
This property is registered as duplex which means that this little library indeed does meet wayfarer criteria.
As you can see in screenshot I’ve posted

Hi there all.
A Pokestop/Gym disappeared while my Pokémon was in it at some point between this morning at 8AM EST and 5 PM EST. This gym has become an important community hotspot that is battled over offen. It also has routes attached to it as well. I’m confused why it has disappeared and what can be done to bring it back?
Below I’ve included some screenshots such as the location, the view of the stop in street view, the stop name in the badge view, and a shot of the stop from the game view.

There is still an undefined area for LFL when it comes to a duplex. I often get rejected claiming SFPVP but it clearly is not single family. I even link the county records showing the zoning as multifamily and there are two entrances clearly visible on street view. I know it isn’t a full on apartment building but I can’t find official guidance on the matter. If it exists please link.
I was looking for another post about a LFL in San Francisco, I think? But was unable to find it.
A couple of things to think about:
Should the signage on the fence be valid?
If there was a fountain in the yard, should it be valid?
If there was a swimming pool in the yard, should it be valid?
If it’s on shared or communal land…YES
I can’t speak for any other post you just shared and I’m not gonna waste my time looking though that wall of links you shared. This specific POI does meet criteria. It’s safely accessible from the sidewalk and is on communal land.
@NianticAaron can you take another look at this evidence provided.
