I do understand your frustration. I also want a clean game board. But removal criteria is effectively more stringent than populating wayspots. It may be a language barrier or unclear map, but it can’t be confirmed that this is PRP. Nor does it meet any other removal criteria.
And at least you are getting consistent feedback since this was also discussed on the old forum. At this point I’d let it go.
The only other option is to reach out to the property owner and have them contact Niantic.
Use google translate for language barrier.
Text below the road sign :
Except with property “Klabažas” permits
Private property “Klabažas”
Even if that is not enough, look at the house from street view, its obvious that it
s PRP.
And on top of that you also think that it is safe with beehive literally in front of this wayspot. You can see in the photo I added.
When I tried google translate on this thread, it told me it couldn’t currently translate Croatian.
As for the property type it is not clear to me from the photo or map that this is a private residential property or farm.

Translate this text on the signs:
Izņemot ar īpašuma “Klabažas” atļaujām
“Klabažas” privātīpašums
Translate to latvian not croatian
Just look at the house from street view, does that really look like a farm to you?
I am not from the area. It is hard to tell what it is. It also appears to be very close to a Natural History museum. So I’m not about to declare what is museum property, a business, a farm, a shared living building (apartments, condos, town homes, etc), or a private residential property.
And I think that’s the overall point. This could have a valid ‘No Trespassing’ sign, but could still be a valid wayspot for folks that are there legitimately.

Beehives do not make a wayspot invalid - you need to focus on what is a valid removal reason - adding extra stuff doesn’t help your case.
If the property is a single family residence and the stones are on it’s land then yes it would fall under the prp removal criteria. No one is saying it definitely isn’t a single family residence, but it’s unclear from the evidence you’ve provided. Is there a local land register or similar you could link to? Believe it or not people are trying to help.

“Mālpils pilskalns” is the historic area name around and including this property. There is no museum, if there would you could see it in pictures google offers you, don`t you think?
And how would it be valid with a “No Trespassing” sign? That would make it PRP which you were so concerned about.
Beehive makes it dangerous not safe therefore - invalid wayspot.
Again the map doesn’t make it clear. But google maps translates that as a Museum for me. But the reviews of this refer to walking paths with historical markers and a castle. So again it doesn’t add a lot of clarity.
PRP by Niantics standards is exclusively related to a house for a (single) family to live in.
Many other types of property types are also private but eligible for wayspots. These include but aren’t limited to: shared living spaces (condos, apartments, town homes), hotels, businesses, theme parks.
Employees at a business may have access to a wayspot that others can’t interact with. Disneyland is private property but sells tickets for people to enter. But they may have no trespassing sign for when they are closed.
All I am saying is that this may still be eligible even if it does have a no trespassing sign.
A no trespassing sign does not always bean PRP.

There have been lots of good points made here @turbodizels about issues around removals. Great to see so much help offered.
Perhaps there is not much more to add for now and at some point a Wayfarer Team member can review and provide a resolution to your question.

Castle (Manor) is a completely different building not far from this property, and it is not blue as this house is. Photos under “Mālpils pilskalns” are not very accurate to the location, they are taken all across Mālpils village.
Bee hives are not remotely dangerous. The bees inside might be if you are one of the small number of people who have an allergy, open it up and disturb them, but bees don’t generally fly out and attack people.

This might help explain why people think there’s a natural history museum here:
Google may be wrong - but it is confusing from this, and the satellite view to work out what land is what.

can I get a response from niantic representative and be done with this topic?
A member of the Wayfarer Team should look at it - the post is open and not marked as answered.
They may take a little time as they are probably very busy going through the older unresolved queries from the old forum. If you have set you notifications correctly you should get notified of any updates.
I believe this was answered by Niantic in the old Forum.
Thank you
@turbodizels I haven’t time to look but if it was previously raised and answered then the Wayfarer Team are unlikely to respond again,
didnt provide that much information the last time
Thanks for the appeal, Explorer. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
