Hi Niantic. Here is a screenshot of the land tenure, and you can see the entire area is private land. I have circled the location

Edit: Also I hope you note that it’s impossible for us to provide active evidence that this is fake campsite. The signage and land tenure show that it’s private land, but all we can show that it’s a fake campsite is that it’s not listed on anywhere. For example, it doesn’t show up on either of these websites;
