Is direction sign like this eligible in wayfarer?

It have destination name, direction arrow, distance and look like permanent sign.
I read in wayfarer library, It should be ok. However I would like to confirm once again before submit the request

It is point to specific place with the arrow direction (one place to one direction). Is it still not eligible?
