Is it normal to not receive a mail from Support?

Hey there. This might be the wrong place to ask but I’ve made a mistake with a waystop submission and missed the mark on the location but then it got approved already. Ive sent 3 tickets with a location change but I havent even gotten a single ticket confirmation. Will I just receive a mail when this is being worked on by a human? Thank you!
