Is the academy subject to rejection??
This is a vocational education institution. A contract with the Ministry of Labor provides various types of vocational training and education with government support (not k-12 category schools). It also oversees accredited certification examinations. People of all ages gather and become social venues. Will these facilities be rejected as business??
Let’s start with what the facility was set up for. Is it a place to play and socialize with friends and family, or is it a place to go to seek new relationships? If it is a place to go to learn new job skills, I don’t think it is the social place Wayfarer is looking for. If it is a university, I think it qualifies for exploration as a center of learning and representative of the area, but is a vocational academy such a place? I think that is also different.
