I was reviewing when I came across this submission and it looked pretty suspicious to me. What do you think? Is this fake and considered 3rd party photo therefore illegal.
Would love to hear your thoughts.

when i checked the images you shared, it didnât have a problem with them, but maybe that is from being second hand. will leave this to someone else.

I downloaded the image myself afterward. Got it through a dozen of these sites and almost all of them had the same result as you came with.
It looked pretty suspicious to me, especially with the perfect blue sky, but I guess it was just a really good pictuređ¤.

More like a really edited picture, looks like they added a filtered sky or something of that nature. I would have rejected for an obviously altered photo personally.
I rejected it also for incorrect photo, sine it did not seem right. It was too goodđ
I never thought about a heavily edited picture, thatâs something I will keep in kind.
There is a way to share the original url from review (if needed in future):
1] right-click the image in review (or long press on the phone), open in new tab, copy the url; the images in review will have âgoogleusercontentâ in the url, for example (what came in my review):
Copy the url.
If you need to see full resolution photo, add =s0 at the end:
3] Get the support photo url as well, it should also be on googleusercontent domain, for example

Looks a bit like a fisheye lens was used, but in any case Iâd lean towards a reject if the wayspot isnât visible in the supporting photo. Memorial benches are typically considered ineligible anyway,
I would have rejected for not being distinct, unless the bench was for a notable person it is not a good wayspot: Seating Benches
