Location changes in submission

Why was location change for my submission?
I made a submission for a basketball court as a pokemon go power stop but the address was changed. I don’t want the submission denied because of that. What can I do to correct this problem

Do you mean the address that it shows? That can often be incorrect and isn’t really an issue

Or do you mean the pin is not where you placed it?

But, you can suggest the correct location during review or was your question related to your submissions mistakenly submitted at an incorrect location?

I have always told people that if their submission was pinned incorrectly, the only way they could fix it was to withdraw (if it wasn’t in voting yet) and resubmit. Was just checking that my advice was correct.

I pinned it in the middle of the court but for some reason it changed a day after I submitted it

If you were right on the edge of being able to submit remotely, the pin could have snapped back to a different location. FYI, the middle of a court is not a good place to put the pin.

Placemarkers for Large Areas

Larger areas like dog parks or sport fields make great Wayspots, but it is important to choose the right placement of the Wayspot that respects the activity it was designed to support. Instead of placing the Wayspot in the center of an open field, park, or other large area, place it at the entrance or where there is a visible sign or placemarker. That encourages you to approach the area to visit the Wayspot, without having to enter or interfere with the activities within.

The pin should be at a natural point of entrance where it does not interfere with play of that sport.

The pin moved the next day. It was not in the place where I pinned it.
