When I was thinking about which policy I violated, Today I received a 30-day suspension from Wayfarer, also my Pokemon Go account due to “Malicious Image Submission.”
After I check the Photo Guidelines, I think the reason is I upload the google street view images.
The first description is a little bit differet between Chinese and English.
In Chinese, did not mention the picture can not from 3rd party and map site.

I already submitted a formal appeal, but I’m posting here in hopes of getting clarification or assistance from the community staff.
I really love the game, and don’t want to miss any event.And I will more do carefully.

Welcome to the forum. I am sorry to hear this, but any 3rd party image is not allowed (not just google map). It seems you have learn why you got suspension and ald appeal. For now you need to wait for staff to read and hope for the best
Whilst the Chinese version doesn’t specifically say third party photos, the section you underlined does specify copyrighted photos, and that would still include Google Maps photos.
Wayfarer can sound simple but there are a lot of rules and guidelines around creating wayspots that can possibly become pokestops.
In making a nomination you are creating something that will be used and published. So what you provide in terms of text and photo must be something that is yours to hand over.
It sounds as though you now understand the importance of that, it can be hard lesson to learn.

That is an important step. Be honest in what happened.
The warning could be about other wayfarer abuse. Personally i also receive 30days suspension. 1st strike warning is about missplacement of wayspot submission. 2nd strike is 30days suspension where i try to move wayspot “across” the street into another empty cell.
Depending on the severity of what you have done the sanction can go to any point on the enforcement ladder.
Google street view invests in creating the images which is why they are watermarked.
You could use the time that you are suspended for to look for new submissions and take appropriate pictures - dont publish them anywhere on the web - ready for when you can restart.

Do I have any chance to clarify I never received the first warning about Malicious image submission, esepcially the images from street views.
1st strike doesnt necesarily have to be the same abuse with 2nd strike. It can be other abuse. And wayfarer ald stated that depending on severity, it can jump on higher punishment on abuse ladder system
I got my 1st strike because “missplacement of wayspot submissions”
I got my 2nd strike because “incorrect or spam edits”
I would also suggest that you declare all other submissions that have similar violations and apologize by submitting new photos taken by yourself. You indicated the criteria page, but the note about taking your own picture when submitting your submission is explicitly stated.
