Locations in Pikmin Bloom such as Big Flowers and Mushrooms are indeed Wayspots.
I think what you want to do is update the Pikmin Bloom map locations that show names etc., which I don’t think is possible as that’s pulled from third party data.
If it is, your best bet is to try this form.
But I would guess it goes to the same team as @cyndiepooh ’s form linked to.
You may be better to raise a ticket in Pikmin Bloom as it doesn’t related to Wayspots/in game locations, which you can do via Settings > Help > Contact Support
As your query seems Pikmin Bloom related and not Wayfarer related, there are Pikmin Bloom forums that may be of more use.
As this doesn’t seem to be Wayfarer related (and if it is, you gave the relevant links) but more about game features in Pikmin Bloom, I’ll close it for now.
