If there is a wayfarer which isn’t a pokestop or a powerspot and I want its location to be changed, how can I do it?
I mean I can see it on pogo map (when we click on upload for pokestops )the wayspot and I want to request to change its location, but there is no option because it doesn’t exist on the playable map

You will need to explain why you believe it should be moved.
If it’s in an incorrect location then taking a GPS Tagged image will help your case.
If it is in a correct location and it is believed that you are attempting to move so that it appears in game then this can be classed as Abuse and you could get a warning / suspension on all accounts (wayfarer & Games).
See, the wayspot I’m trying to move is of a park.
It’s current location is at the end of the park. I can move it to the entirely correct location, 10-20 metres difference.
The issue is, is the current pin wrong? If it is not, then Niantic can consider trying to move it as abuse.
The way this is usually dealt with is…
Incorrect Location to Correct Location = Good.
Correct Location to Incorrect Correct Location = Abuse
Correct Location to Equally Correct Location = Abuse
Once it is at a correct location you should not attempt to move it.
Do not risk getting warnings / suspension on your accounts (wayfarer and games).
That is the expected answer.
Correct → A little more correct location is also an abuse?
If you have a reason that is related to real life issues - not Pokemon Go ones - that your suggestion is more correct, then they may consider that.
What you believe to be “A little more correct” they may see as equally correct.
Is there any none game related reason the new location is more correct than where it is now?
Remember, we are just Wayfarers the same as you. We are just giving advice and mine is “Is it worth the risk for 1 extra stop?”

The image of the slide is more perfect the the new location
You say that the nomination is the park (play park?) . it doesn’t have to be on the slide to be correct.
If it is on the POI then it will be classed as correct.
1 little more questions. I have a possible option here it’s like a struction written in some letters that glow at night. Is it possible for a nomination?? If it is, does it have a possibly to become a stop

I am not sure what it is you are looking to nominate.
I suggest take a pic and post in “Nomination Support” (you may wish to use a different image to the one you would then use if you decide to go ahead).
We don’t currently have an up to date map.
If the Powerspot is one of the original “import” from DMax day 1 then it should not effect your nomination.
It may mean that if successful you will lose the powerspot.
What if it’s not a import? It has both description and image
Signs are not my thing 
but still suggest you create a new post in “Nomination Support” where you can give more details (what its for? Does the club already have a wayspot etc) and those who know more about them than me will be happy to help.
You could also supply the location, there are many that love to scour the maps and give suggestions for other possibilities.
