Don’t misuse my restoration topic and pretend this is the same situation. This is about an actual official library, not a little free one. It’s not attached to a daycare, it’s next to a public secondary school. The library has its own entrance and is unmistakenly its own entity. The little free library your topic is about is at a sketchy location at best, and I agree Niantic is cautious about these type of portals.
I am not saying its not a public libary, or that its a wrong decision or wrong wayspot, just to compare the distance since there are many topics. Where they seems to be in the same building daycare schools.

Where most kids learn to travel to school alone. So about the cautious everyone have diffrent opinions on it.
