the coordinates will be after the supporting photo in the submission acknowledgement email if you still have that. otherwise, you can just give us an address we can look up.
Your nomination has already been accepted. We are trying to help you understand why it did not become a Pokestop.

Your nomination has been accepted as a wayspot. That is why you received that email of congratulations.
That allows your nomination to be considered for inclusion in Pokémon Go. This selection process is done by a computer and a set of selection rules. The selection happens once a day by Pokemon Go.
Unfortunately if it has been a few days since you received the congratulations email it is highly likely that your nomination has not been selected to be included as a pokestop or gym.
If you can provide the location then people here can check and explain further. Coordinates work best, but if that is difficult then the exact address or a screenshot from something like google maps helps.

Your Wayspot is in the same L17 S2 cell as Tomche Shabbos of Boro Park. That should be a Pokestop or gym. It does appear that yours will be eligible to be used as a Power Spot.
These look interesting if you need some ideas.
I would pick the one of these that looks the most interesting and try that first.
The cell outlined in red here is empty, but I think they would all be in the same L17. NEVER misplace something to put it in an empty cell. Niantic considers that abuse.
