My Niantic Wayfarer account has been suspended

My niantic wayfarer account has been suspended and I dont know the reason why I got my suspension. I dont know how long it lasts, because its not mentioned anywhere. My Pokemon Go and Ingress accounts hasnt been affected. And I didnt get any email about the suspension or anything related to that. I can still make wayspots through Pokemon Go. Can anyone help me with this?

First off, Ingress is no longer a part of Wayfarer, as Wayfarer and PoGo were sold to Scopely earlier this year, and Ingress is now owned by the new Niantic Spatial. More info can be found here:

Second, have you checked your email? Typically, if a warning/ban is issued, you would receive emails explaining the warning/ban. Also, your PoGo account would be suspended as well, and since I see the word “banned” in the link in your screenshot, I’d imagine that your PoGo account would also be suspended, unless you have more than 1 account, which is against the ToS.

You will probably have to wait until tomorrow for a member of the wayfarer team…they often start a DM.

There are normally 3 emails including one giving an example of why a suspension has been actioned and about the length of time.
You ought to become familiar with the policy.

Yes I did check my all of my emails and found nothing about the suspension

Staff do monitor the forums, so they may send you a DM with more info if you never received the emails.
