This past weekend, my account has received a 30-day suspension. I am unsure what I did to cause this and was hoping to get some answers to get this resolved. Here is the message I get when I try to log onto Pokemon Go:
One possible cause is during my recent trip to Kenya, I made three wayspot nominations. One of them was rejected from Wayfarer’s automated system and its appeal was also rejected. The other two both had a status of “In Voting” for the past couple days up until I received the suspension in which I cannot access Wayfarer.
Other than that, I can’t think of why my account was suspended. I have not received a warning before (not that I can remember). I checked my email that is associated with Wayfarer and haven’t received anythig related to my suspension.

- A single rejection from the automated system should not generate any kind of punishment - that is a standard part of the process. Not everything submitted is expected to pass the automated system.
- Something being In Voting status should not generate any kind of punishment.
We have to wait for staff to look into it, but right now, neither of these issues should present a problem for you.
Check your spam folder. Niantic generally sends an email with more details on what exactly you are being punished for if it was a wayfarer issue.
Nothing related to Wayfarer is in my spam folder.

Do check any emails that you have used for any of the games.
Those receiving a suspension do get sent a set of emails about the sanction and what it is issued for if it originates from Wayfarer.

You then have to wait for a member of staff to confirm the origin and if it is wayfarer related clarify why. Please be patient.
If you receive suspension from wayfarer, you should receive email like this.
It will explain which nomination trigger the suspension. For now please try checking all your email in the past that might be related to pogo/niantic games .
Sometimes suspension come from pogo and not wayfarer. If you cant find it, staff will initiate DM once they come here.
Did you change timezones on this trip? I have been suspended for flying before. I just had to complain vociferously and it was of course immediately overturned.
