How long my recommended PokeStop will remain in Voting or Queue status?
Should I nominate more PokeStop or wait until my recommended PokeStop get approved/rejected? There is no Power Stop or Pokemon Gym near my town. How can I nominate a Power Stop or Make a Pokemon Gym? Any suggestions how to get things done in a few days (as early as possible)?
You do not need to wait until your previous nominations are decided before submitting more.
No one can tell you how long your nominations will take in voting.

You can’t submit something to be a Powerspot, but anything that you submit that isn’t a stop or a gym has the potential to become one. We haven’t discovered all the rules about Powerspots yet.
The top nomination looks like something I would upgrade if I wanted a faster decision. You earn upgrades for your nominations by reviewing other nominations. The tree is going to be hard to get accepted. I can’t see the statue well enough to have an opinion on that one.
