I have a question: I requested a nomination for a PokéStop on April 26, it is still up in the Voting phase, what is the waiting time until I can receive an email whether my nomination is approved or not
It can be a few days to several months. Also, this will not be eligible to appear in Pokémon Go as it will be in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as an existing Pokéstop or Gym

Voting times are very variable and will depend on how many reviewers there are in your area.
I know the prompt says that you are submitting a Pokestop, but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to Niantic’s Lightship database. Inclusion in Pokemon Go requires the Wayspot being alone in a level 17 S2 cell. A good article about that is this one:

This is a map of portals in that area with grids for the L17 S2 cells showing. Nothing else in any of these boxes that already have a Wayspot will be eligible to show in Pokemon Go.
Edit: I am adding a caution for anyone reading this: look in the empty cell areas to find things if you want to add pokestops. Do not just pin something in a cell that is empty that is not there. That is abuse.
