My pokestop won’t pop up

Bug Reports should include the following and any additional information you feel is necessary to aid in the investigation of the bug.

  • Description of the issue
  • Date first (or most recently) experienced
  • Device type, model, and operating system
  • Game & Game Version (if applicable)
My PokéStop was accepted 52 hours ago and it has not popped up

Then it probably doesn’t meet inclusion criteria.

Welcome to the forum @xxlucalegend

I know that the prompt tells you that you are submitting a Pokestop, but you are actually submitting a Wayspot. As @NvlblNm indicated, the usual reason for not going live in Pokemon Go is not being alone in a Level 17 S2 cell. You can read more about this here:

If you would like confirmation that this is what has happened, you can leave the name of the Wayspot and the gps coordinates, and we can show you the S2 cells there.

Rain statue

do you have the gps coordinates? they should be in the submission email under the second photo. or some kind of address?

If your rain statue is located at 39.813227,-105.148083 , then it is in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as “Das meyer”. As explained above, you only get one Pokéstop or one Gym per Level 17 S2 Cell, so if “Das meyer” exists in Pokémon Go, that will be preventing your statue from appearing (that’s obviously assuming I’ve found the right wayspot, of course). It is able to show up in Ingress though, which is how I found it.

You did thank you

Thank you

WOW! How did you find this with nothing to go on except the name? I am amazed!

I used the Mission Creator Tool for Ingress. I typed in the name of the Wayspot and zoomed out over the Americas, and the very first result that popped up was the only one I saw that matched the name.

@cyndiepooh just as you are a wizard at finding previous Niantic comments etc so @hankwolfman has wizarding skills with Mission Creator.
And we really appreciate both of you and the magic you weave
