Appeals

We have been extremely excited to see our progress in reducing the appeals backlog and glad that the community has noticed the resolution speed in new appeals. We are now caught up on appeals and hope to maintain a healthy turnaround time in the future, ideally looking at around a 2 week max. We don’t intend to apply any changes to the appeals process, our primary goal is to empower our community to use the tools such as tooltips, forum posts, onboarding videos, etc to make high quality decisions and lessen the reliance on appeals. We will be monitoring our resolution time over the next couple of months to ensure it’s sustainable and don’t go back to an overgrown appeals backlog.
