PSA: Don't use web submit with your last nomination at this time

There have been multiple reports that using the web submit form with your only remaining nomination results in an error and still uses the nomination. Follow Web Submission v1 - Discussion for updates. (I was hoping for a staff announcement on this, but decided to make one myself since I hadn’t seen one.)
