I had an accepted waypoint a few days ago. After two days it was en offical pokestop. Now a few days later it is gone. No inactive point or activ point. Its vanished whitout a hint. It is the public library, i dont know, why they removed them.
What happend? And can I make a new request again fot this one.

There is no street view but satellite seems to show this on School Grounds.
This is 1 of the big “Rejects”.
I assume that someone reported this as been on School Grounds and staff agreed and removed it.
To get this back you would have to show that this is completely separate.

Yes it is on school ground but its for the whole public / village. Its the offical library here for all. How can i prove this? This is the website Walenstadt - Bibliothek

Does it share the Car Park?
Are there any official “property” maps that show this is not part of the School?
Regardless of whether it can be seen as being available for public use, the fact it is located on school property is the reason why it should be rejected.
Yes. It is a public agreement between municipality, school and library. They are sharing this
Unfortunately, I think this is 1 to walk away from.
You have already done the hard part in getting one Accepted (even for a short while).
If you would like people to take a look at the area and maybe there are other locations that will not have this problem please ask.
Unfortunately, lack of Street View does make this more difficult.

To address this question for future reference, that is not a good idea. If a Wayspot has been removed, it will have been for a reason. Coming here to ask if it can be reinstated is the right way to proceed. Resubmitting ineligible Wayspots can lead to punishments on your account.
Thanks for the appeal, @Sheoth1! We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
