Guys the last couple of days ive been submitting pokestops and they dont show up on Niantic and not receiving the email that they got it? Anyone know why? I have not been warned or banned

Users experiencing this issue will have both the email not arrive AND the nomination will not show up on the Contribution Management list.
This has been observed to affect nominations from various sources (Pokemon Go client, Pokemon Go Upload Later, Web Submission).
This has been observed to also be able to affect photo edits.
It is possible to affect one nomination from a batch with nominations before and after not being affected.
