Elaborating with additional info from Ambassadors: Users experiencing this issue will have both the email not arrive AND the nomination will not show up on the Contribution Management list. This has been observed to affect nominations from various sources (Pokemon Go client, Pokemon Go Upload Later, Web Submission). This has been observed to also be able to affect photo edits. Recommendation for users:

• Do NOT resubmit if you have a nomination or photo edit which does not show up on Contributions Management list / do not have an email. Wait at least 48 hours before attempting to resubmit.
