Hago contribuciones porque este lugar no tiene casi pokeparadas, me las aceptan y luego no salen en Pokémon Go cuando es ahí donde serían más útiles, me pone que es usada en otro juego de Niantic, hay posibilidad de que eso cambie? También tengo que aclarar que en esa celda no hay otra pokeparada por lo que ese no puede ser el motivo y los criterios tampoco porque me baso en ellos para enviar la contribución
It is likely that the area you are submitting into has been blocked. When you submit, look at the submission map and make sure that you have the toggle turned on to show existing POI. You should find that you can see your accepted wayspots on that map (you have to be physically very close to the wayspot location as this doesn’t work remotely).
Niantic don’t publicise that an area is geo-blocked, but will normally confirm it on these forums. It is possible that the geo-block is not intentional.

I have looked into your recently approved Wayspots and they are working in accordance with the density and inclusion rules for Pokémon GO.
The most common reason that an eligible nomination is not added to Pokémon GO is because the nomination is too close to existing PokéStops or Gyms. If an existing game location is removed or the criteria changes, the nomination may appear within Pokémon GO at a later time.
Moreover, it may take upto 48 hours for eligible Wayspots to appear on the gameboard after they are approved.

If your source is pogomap.info, it is a website with user-contributed information, which will only be as good as the users have made it, and the wayspots will only be present if someone took the time to fill them in. In your area it seems to be particularly empty. Whereas @NianticAaron likely looked at the core database to tell you the above information, and I suspect the data there is more accurate than on pogomap.info.
Are your wayspots “Biblioteca Municipal” and “Salón Parroquial”? “Salón Parroquial” shares a cell with multiple other wayspots, which are not marked on Pogomap. Regarding “Biblioteca Municipal”, if it was approved recently, I would suspect it’s not had time to sync in yet, in fact I would check in about an hour.
