If the location is incorrect, you can ask help chat in the Help tab of the Wayfarer website to correct the location provided you have enough evidence.

I looked at these coordinates on iitc. They both fall in that green area, on opposite sides of the cell line. You will need to present very good evidence. Please understand they could simply choose to remove it or to move it to a different location than you suggest if it appears the location is elsewhere.

(from street view, it appears that the actual location is 42.458845, -2.426844 so i wonder if some reviewers had moved the pin towards the actual location in voting.)

These are not the real coordinates, these coordinates are actually the opposite direction of the real coordinates which are 42.45884178352942, -2.426846369084895
Incorrectly moving a waypoint away from its real location, specially just to cross a cell line, is considered abuse and can lead to sanctions to your account.
