I uploaded a nomination and it was accepted. Only thing is it is not in the correct location. It’s not on the side of the building it’s on the very front. This is critical as this error made it be in a new cell which has an active POI already. I intentionally chose this nomination because it was in an inactive cell and wanted to make it a new POI because I am trying to make a new gym in the area. This is the intent of my nominations. They are strategically chosen because of this very reason, now it’s in a totally different cell inaccurately placed. The true location is the very front of the building, where the red mark is next to the orange mark, making it in a new cell. Idk how this happened to be honest. May I have some help please?

You can request a real life correction via helpchat (wayfarer menue → help → orange bubble).
But for them cell problems won’t count.

If the actual location of that mural is on the front of the building help chat will not help you to move it to an inaccurate location just because that benefits cells.
Wayspots have to be placed accurately on the object that it is for and not close enough to benefit any of the games.

What exactly did I say that makes you think I’m moving a location of a wayspot I created two days ago to an inaccurate location?
What other help are you requesting if not for moving the wayspot?
Because where I placed it when nominated is not where it is in the game. The put it on the side of the building. I nominated it on the front. Someone intentionally disregarded where I put it and placed it inaccurately. Then you blame me for trying to place it inaccurately.
Sorry if that is what you got out of it. I am not blaming you to anything. I was trying to explain that location should always be on the object, and in this case I cannot judge where that is without knowing the actual location.
Just trying to help you out by explaining what is considered for accurate locations.

I don’t think you are understanding what I’m saying. I created this wayspot. I placed it in a new cell to become a POI. I placed it on the front of the building knowing it’s in an inactive cell. It got accepted. But not accepted on the front of the building where the true location is. Someone took the liberty to put it on the side of the building. Accident, glitch, error. Whatever it may be it’s not where I nominated it. Also would like to add, it is the true location, the front where I originally placed it. Some how it ended up on the side of the building in the game. When it should be in the front where it actually is in real life and also in an inactive cell making it eligible for a POI.

Why would I ask them when it was just accepted today I thought I had to come here if it was a recent thing?

Because you were unlucky with it being moved incorrectly, but help chat staff can correct that for you.

I suspect you will need to provide photographic evidence of the correct location, although if your supporting photo does that, that may be sufficient. Google streetview doesn’t assist because the object isn’t visible (as far as I can tell).
Yes it clearly shows on street view as well
My apologies - I wasn’t looking at the logo of the shop, but was expecting this to be something else. It is clearly visible on streetview at the front of the shop.
