Poi is named Västerås Citygymnasium, wich could be translated to Västerås Senior City Highscool.
Wich means school for students between 16-18 years old. (Some could be older)
It used to be a school (non valid poi), but the school was also shut down by the authorities in august this year.

Poi no longer exist, and should in my opinion be retired.
