The consensus was that this is an Advertising hoarding as shown by multiple streetview images throughout many years.
This is not a Notice Board where you would expect parish notices, when the Bingo is on at the parish hall (or the local equivalents).
As the posts are extremely similar I would also like to remind that having multiple accounts is against the Terms of Service.
This nomination has been rejected at least twice, appeals have been rejected at least twice. you have been informed by multiple people why this does not meet criteria. Time to move on and try something else…
